Angela Cannizzaro is the owner and team lead of Blue Ridge Town & Country, bringing over two decades of real estate experience to every client relationship. Her background is unusually broad: title work, corporate marketing, property acquisition, development, remodeling, flipping, project management, and residential and commercial rental operations.

Angela has acquired and managed multiple rental units, giving her direct, hands-on investment experience that informs every recommendation she makes to clients. She does not just advise on real estate investing; she has lived it, building her own portfolio through disciplined acquisition and management.

Originally from the Pittsburgh area, Angela grew up on a farm with 11 siblings. She trained horses in Colorado, managed restaurants, authored two books, and built multiple businesses rooted in service. She is co-founder of One Body in Christ Ministries and has served the Lynchburg community for over 20 years.

At BRTC, Angela leads the team with a deep love for God, family, business, and helping others build lasting success. Her investment consulting practice focuses on long-term wealth creation through real estate, and her client relationships are built on transparency, patience, and a genuine commitment to each person's goals.
